Mind Over You, Inc. is a non profit 501 ( c ) 3 organization founded by mental health therapist Ezsa Allen to promote mental health awareness and education in the minority and cultured communities by way of; Community Events & Outreach, High School Wellness Pop Ups, Counseling Services, mental health and substance abuse support.
Mind Over You, Inc, ultimate goal is to eliminate the stigma and negative connotations that are attached to mental health, to encourage others to seek help when needed, and become comfortable with the process of healing, growing, and thriving for the total well-being of children, families, and communities!
